Bubble Alumina Brick for Industrial Kiln

Brief introduction of bubble alumina brick

Bubble alumina brick is a new kind of high temperature insulation material. It is made by smelting and blowing industrial alumina in electric furnace. The crystal form is A-al2o3 microcrystal. Alumina hollow ball as the main body, can be made into a variety of shapes of products, the highest use temperature of 1800℃, products of high mechanical strength, for the general light products several times, and the volume density is only half of corundum products.

Advantages of bubble alumina brick

High service temperature

Bubble alumina bricks can reach more than 1750 degrees, good thermal stability. Reburn wire change rate is small, use longer.

Save materials

To achieve the same use temperature, such as the use of heavy brick and alumina hollow brick price is comparable, but also need considerable insulation layer refractory. If the use of alumina hollow brick, per cubic meter can save 1.1-1.9 tons of heavy brick usage, but also can save 80% of the fire insulation materials.

Application of bubble alumina brick

Bubble alumina bricks have been widely used in high and ultra-high temperature kilns such as gasifier in petrochemical industry, carbon black industrial reactor, induction furnace in metallurgical industry and so on, and have achieved very significant energy saving effect.
