Corundum Mullite Refractory Bricks

Corundum mullite refractory bricks introduction

Corundum mullite refractory bricks use pure mullite raw materials synthesized from industrial aluminum oxide powder and pure clay, bauxite, or silica. The presence of low melting point oxide impurities in the corundum mullite refractory bricks can reduce its high-temperature performance.

Features of corundum mullite brick

The purity and process formula of white corundum sand are used to meet the requirements of different corundum products at different temperatures. The product structure of corundum mullite refractory bricks is compact, high temperature strength is good, and has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, strong stability, and is not affected by reducing gases such as H2 and CO.

Applications of corundum mullite brick

Corundum mullite refractory bricks are mainly used in the petrochemical industry, as materials for large and medium-sized synthetic ammonia gasification furnaces and magnetic material gas furnaces, as well as high-temperature hot blast furnaces, and also for glass furnaces and ceramic firing kiln furniture.
