Product description of alumina silicon carbide brick
Alumina silicon carbide brick is a new type of refractory brick consisting of two parts: working layer and heat insulation layer. The working layer adopts high quality special bauxite and silicon carbide as the main raw material, and the heat insulation layer adopts low thermal conductivity aluminum silicate material, which is made by high pressure molding and special firing process.
Features of alumina silicon carbide brick
Alumina silicon carbide brick has dense structure and good wear resistance. The structure of alumina silicon carbide brick is dense, with a bulk density of 2.7~3.0g/cm. Because of its high density, strength and wear resistance, it is widely used in cement rotary kiln secondary firing belt and filter belt.
Alumina silicon carbide bricks have high load softening temperature and good high temperature performance. The load softening temperature of silica-mo bricks are above 1450℃, and the highest can be above 1650℃.
Application of alumina silicon carbide brick
Alumina silicon carbide brick configuration is highly adaptable. The traditional configuration is usually in the kiln opening of cement kiln rotary kiln, the front transition zone, and the back transition zone. The decomposition zone is configured with different properties of resistant materials such as spinel brick, magnesia-chromium brick and anti-spalling brick respectively.
