Brief introduction of mullite insulation brick JM28:

Mullite insulating brick is a kind of high alumina refractory with mullite as the main crystal phase. The alumina content is generally 65%~75%. In addition to mullite, minerals with low alumina content also contain a small amount of glass phase and cristobalite, while minerals with high alumina content also contain a small amount of corundum.

Classification of mullite insulating bricks:

Mullite insulating bricks are mainly divided into light and heavy mullite insulating bricks according to density, and JM23 mullite insulating bricks, JM26 mullite insulating bricks, JM28 mullite insulating bricks and JM30 mullite insulating bricks according to service temperature.

Application of JM28 mullite insulation brick:

Mullite insulating bricks can be directly used for lining of high temperature kilns. At present, it has been widely used in hot blast furnace roof, blast furnace shaft, furnace bottom, glass furnace regenerative furnace, ceramic sintering kiln, dead corner lining of petroleum cracking system, shuttle kiln, drum kiln, glass, petrochemical kiln, etc.
