High Temperature Kiln Magnesia Chrome Bricks

Product description of magnesia chrome bricks

Ordinary magnesia chrome bricks are generally produced with sintered magnesia (MgO content is 89%~92%) and refractory grade chrome ore as raw materials. Due to many impurities, the refractory grains are combined with silicate. Generally speaking, the magnesia chrome brick generally refers to the fired ordinary magnesia chrome brick, also known as silicate bonded magnesia chrome brick, or magnesia chrome brick for short.

Advantages of magnesia chrome bricks

Anti peeling

Good thermal stability

Magnesia chrome brick has high fire resistance

Strong resistance to alkaline slag corrosion

It also has certain adaptability to acid slag

Details of magnesia chrome bricks

Magnesia chrome bricks are widely used in cement rotary kilns (Cr2O3 mass fraction rarely exceeds 14%), regenerators of glass kilns, steel lining, permanent layer of refining ladles, nonferrous metallurgy furnaces, lime kilns, mixer furnaces and refractory high-temperature kiln linings due to their simple production process and low price.
