Product description of ceramic fiber paper

Ceramic fiber paper was produced using the wet forming process of a selection of wool from aluminium silicate ceramic fibers. The descaling process of slag and kiln has been improved on the basis of traditional processes, characterised by a high degree of asbestos-free, uniform fibre distribution, colour white production, limited number of slag pellets (elimination of slag by four centrifuges), flexible use of the load base, high strength (including reinforced fibres), good strength and good mechanical quality.

Features of ceramic fiber paper

  • Fire resistance: keep the shape and size intact after a fire
  • High temperature resistance: temperature of 126 and 14℃ two
  • Waterproofing: offers some elasticity and can be used for high temperature fillings
  • Thermal insulation: be able to effectively block or slow down heat transmission, 800℃ thermal conductivity can 0.12% w/(m.k)
