Light Weight Refractory Thermal Fire Clay Insulation Brick with Good Quality

Brief introduction of fire clay insulation brick

Light clay brick is a light refractory product with aluminum content of 30% - 46%. It uses clay clinker or light clinker as the main raw material, and is usually produced by the combustible method. It can also use chemical method or foam method to form a porous structure. The ingredients are mixed with water to make a plastic mud or slurry, which is extruded or poured, dried and fired in an oxidizing atmosphere of 1250-1350 ℃. The bulk density of commonly used light clay bricks is 0.75-1.2g/cm3.

Advantages of fire clay insulation brick

The heat storage loss of industrial furnace masonry and heat dissipation loss of furnace body surface generally account for 24-45% of fuel consumption. Using light bricks with low thermal conductivity and small heat capacity as furnace body structural materials can save fuel consumption.
At the same time, because the kiln can quickly heat up and cool down, the production efficiency of the equipment can be improved; It can also reduce the furnace body weight, simplify the furnace structure, improve the product quality, reduce the ambient temperature and improve the working conditions.
