Light weight silica refractory brick
Light weight silica refractory brick refers to the light weight refractory material with silica above 91% and volume density below 1.2g/cm3. The critical particle size of light weight silica refractory brick is usually no more than 1mm, and the particle size less than 0.5mm is no less than 90%. It is prepared by adding inflammable substance to the ingredients or forming porous structure by gas generation method and then sintering.

Light weight silica refractory brick has excellent fire resistance, the load softening temperature is close to compact silicon brick 1620℃, there is little residual expansion, and its thermal stability is better than compact silicon brick.
