What are the refractory materials for each part of the hot blast stove

Distribution of lining structure of hot blast stove:

(1) The vault adopts vertical catenary structure:

The vault is not connected with the wall lining of the hot blast stove, and the whole is supported by the metal bracket supported by the inner wall of the stove shell. A sliding joint is set between the vault lining and the furnace wall lining to prevent the damage of refractory materials caused by the friction between the furnace wall lining and the vault lining due to relative displacement. The high-temperature internal combustion arch roof lining fire-resistant brick uses a plate structure, which can reduce the thermal expansion of the arch roof masonry and eliminate the thermal stress damage caused by the temperature difference between the top and bottom.

(2) "Eye" combustion chamber liner structure:

The combustion chamber is separated from the large wall in the hot blast stove, and a sliding joint is set. The sliding structure is used to divide the masonry around the combustion chamber into multiple sections, and each section of masonry can expand freely.

(3) Self supporting combustion chamber partition structure:

The partition wall adopts a combined self standing structure and is equipped with sealed high-temperature resistant steel plate to strengthen its tightness. It has the functions of heat insulation, sealing, sliding and so on.

Refractory materials for each temperature zone of hot blast stove:

(1) High temperature area: silicon lattice bricks with good stability shall be used as the lining in the area above 1200 ℃;

(2) Medium temperature zone: that is, low creep high aluminum lattice brick is used for lining in the area of 1200 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃;

(3) Medium and low temperature zone: low creep clay lattice brick is used in the area of 1000 ℃ ~ 850 ℃;

(4) Low temperature area: the lining of the area below 850 ℃ shall be clay lattice brick;

(5) Upper part of grate: andalusite high alumina lattice brick;

(6) Fire well combustion area: the fire well protection wall is lined with andalusite high alumina bricks with good thermal shock resistance;

(7) Burner: cordierite bricks with good thermal shock resistance are used in the upper part of the gas channel necking section and the distribution cap of the air / gas outlet, heavy clay bricks are used in the lower part of the gas channel necking section, high alumina bricks are used in the lower part of the air channel, and clay bricks are used in the bottom area of the burner.

Lining refractory materials at each part of hot blast stove:

  1. Lining at the vault of hot blast stove: use refractory materials, including silica brick, light high alumina brick, light clay brick, fire-resistant coating, etc.
  2. Lattice brick lining: silicon lattice brick can be used for high temperature part, low creep high aluminum lattice brick can be used for medium temperature part, and clay lattice brick can be used for low temperature part.
  3. Lining of combustion chamber: silica brick, light high alumina brick, light clay brick, fire-resistant spray coating, etc. are used for masonry at high temperature; Low creep high alumina brick, light high alumina brick, light clay brick, fire-resistant spray coating, etc. are used in the thermal shock part, and anti thermal shock high alumina brick is built on both sides of the upper part of the burner to protect the masonry from damage; Low temperature parts are built with clay bricks, light clay bricks, fire-resistant spraying coatings, etc.
  4. Heat storage chamber lining: silica brick, light high alumina brick, light clay brick, fire-resistant spray coating, etc. are used for masonry in high-temperature parts; Low creep high alumina brick, high alumina brick, light clay brick, fire-resistant spray coating, etc. shall be used for medium temperature parts; Low temperature parts are built with clay bricks, light clay bricks, fire-resistant spraying coatings, etc.
  5. Working lining of partition wall: silica brick can be used in the upper part of combustion chamber, low creep high alumina brick can be used in the middle thermal shock area, and clay brick can be used in the lower part; Silicon brick can be used in the upper part of the regenerator, low creep high alumina brick and high alumina brick can be used in the middle, and clay brick can be used in the lower part.

Non working lining of partition wall: silica brick is used in the upper part, light high alumina brick is used in the middle combustion chamber side, and light high alumina brick and high alumina brick are used in the regenerator side; Light clay bricks can be used in the lower part.
